- Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds

BDE/BDM – US Staffing
- Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on relationship building and client service.
- Understanding the requirement and clients need and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological
- skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Analyze requirements from clients/ Tier 1 vendors, assign and have a close follow with delivery teams.
- bench sales experience in US IT consulting industry.

Blockchain Developer
- Object-oriented, Event Driven, Functional Programming
- Technical exposure to blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Ripple
- Technical exposure to developing smart contracts in Golang, Solidity, or Kotlin programming languages
- Experience of working in web services such as Node, RESTful, SOAP, and web3
- Worked on at least 1 Blockchain platform like: Hyperledger, Ethereum, Multichain, Corda etc
- Understands different consensus algorithms conceptually, concept of mining etc

US Legal Executive
- Drafting and Vetting of MSA, NDA, NCA, Purchase order and other agreements.
- Contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
- Drafting C&D Letters and Legal notices.
- Engaging and coordinating with external attorneys in U.S.
- Advising business (regarding potential compliance / legal issues in the deal and offering
- Participating in the due diligence process of the insourcing deals.
- Drafting employment agreements that minimize risks and maximize legal rights of the company.
